Welcome to The Cave, a student run program built to emphasize using history to better understand the world around us.
Built to foster the spread of ideas from the global to the local level and vice versa, we feature a diverse collection of similarly minded individuals dedicated to our mission. The editorial staff for The Cave is made up of students from Bowling Green State University in Northwest Ohio. We also feature a core of international writers from six continents to provide a philosophically diverse approach to examining the different views of the events that presently shape the world.
We feel that our perception is our voice in this world. Each person’s interpretation of either historical events or the common issues of the day offer us the opportunity to appreciate another methodology of thought. Through exposure and appreciation of these different ideas we are hoping to foster an improved appreciation of different cultures around the world.
